Worth a dam. It is an iron duke, same as GM. Even the bell housing pattern is textbook Chevy. The head is a little different. It has exhaust and intake on opposing sides, unlike GM. I believe the head is from GM's fwd duke lineup.

so all parts from a gm 2.5 will bolt up, right?? and can i run a gm v8 dist. like you can in v6s??

Everything but the manifolds. Not sure on the distributor thing. Never tried it, but I would almost bet that the V8 orV6 distributor shaft is too long for the 4 cylinder block, just because of where it is located, but I could be wrong.
