Has anyone ever ran a 90s mustang? Do they hold up about the same as the 80s? Main differences?
I see these cars everywhere on the roads...soon enough they will start breaking down and be for sale cheap.

I haven't gotten the opportunity yet to examine one up close and personal.
Everybody keeps saying to build the 4th gen (94-04) just like a foxbody (79-93). Ran against one for the first time at Blizzard Bash. Was pretty well built and seemed pretty stiff. His steering took him out. I don't know if his solid suspension was a contributing factor to the steering loss or not. But his car did not bend. He did not have a "pointy" on it per say, but his bumper did have a bit of a beak.
And that is the limit of my experience with them.
FYI, A-arm forward weld and stuffed bumpers were allowed. Hood had to be removable with 8 one inch bolts.
Every time I had a chance to look at it, he wasn't around. I won't start examining another driver's car without his presence.

My friend sold a running and driving 90s mustang to the junkyard over the summer. I didn't know about it until it was gone.... I would have loved to build it.
